how to do this? once the computer is about to reboot just hit F8 it will appear the menu where you can choose your mode. choose the safemode option

4. drag all the .ocx and dll files that you wanted to register

OR YOU CAN ALSO THIS TECHNIQUE

1.just turn off your USER ACCOUNT CONTROL
2. how to do this? just go to your control panel folder, the choose user account
3. choose turn on or off
