How to use, Simply look for the file that's missing and RIGHT mouse click on it, select "Register and Download *FileName*" where *FileName* is the one you just clicked on.

And well that's it, if there's a DLL missing just let someone know here what it is and whoever has the dll can go to

For example you run a booter it says "msinet.ocx" not registered, you run this program look for the file "msinet.ocx" right mouse click on it and select download and register it..

And then the booter will run. that simple!

1. You need to download this RegOCX program
2. Restart your Computer and Boot it from Safe mode
how to do this? once the computer is about to reboot just hit F8 it will appear the menu where you can choose your mode. choose the safemode option
3. then run the program that you downloaded just now.. (RegOcx)
4. drag all the .ocx and dll files that you wanted to register

OR YOU CAN ALSO THIS TECHNIQUE

1.just turn off your USER ACCOUNT CONTROL
2. how to do this? just go to your control panel folder, the choose user account
3. choose turn on or off
